President Muhammadu Buhari has approved the compulsory retirement of Justice A. F. A Ademola of the Abuja Division of the Federal High Court and the dismissal from office of Justice O.O Tokode of the Benin Division of the Federal High Court. The approval was contained in a statement made available to journalists on Friday by the Senior Special Assistant to the President on Media and Publicity, Garba Shehu.

The Catholic Bishops’ Conference of Nigeria on Thursday told President Muhammadu Buhari that the enormous goodwill with which he assumed office in 2015 is being fast depleted by some “glaring failures” of his government. According to Dailytrust, the deceased was the wife of the late Alhaji Mamman Danbaffale, the elder brother to Buhari. The Christian Association of Nigeria (CAN), Kaduna state chapter has passed a vote of no confidence on the Federal Government over alleged inability to effectively tackle the issue of herdsmen crisis. The Secretary of the organization, Rev.
