The embattled Deputy National Publicity Secretary of the All Progressives Congress, Timi Frank has expressed reservation about the possibility of Bola Tinubu to successfully reconcile all aggrieved and feuding members of the party ahead of the 2019 general elections. Frank in a statement released to newsmen on Sunday evening said it was too late for the effort to yield tangible result stressing that Tinubu cannot do magic.
