Cameroon military authorities has carried out forcefully eviction of over 100,000 Nigerian refugees, mostly asylum seekers, in the hope of stemming the spread of Boko Haram, Human Rights Watch said in a report released on Wednesday. The group said in its new report that the deportation defied a plea by UN refugee agency to not return anyone to north-eastern Nigeria, where Boko Haram killed thousands of people, until security and human rights situation improved considerably.”

Proscription Of IPOB A Good Decision - Igbo Group
An Igbo socio-cultural organization in Oyo state has commended South East Governors and the Ohaneze Ndigbo on the proscription of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), stressing that the move has averted bloodshed in Igbo land. The Ezendigbo of Oyo, Dr. Alex Anozie who made the position of the group known in a chat with newsmen in Ibadan stated that it was unwise for the Igbos to contemplate another war, having suffered huge casualties in the civil war that lasted between 1967 and 1970.
