NNPC Refute Claims On PMS Hike

As part of plans for a more cohesive nation, President Muhammadu Buhari administration has pledged more developmental projects to the region. Nigeria, Cape Verde Partner on Air Transport Services

The Federal Government has announced that the air service agreement with the Government of Cape Verde has been finalized. The Minister of Aviation, Sen. Hadi Sirika made the announcement at the first International Civil Aviation Organisation and the World Tourism Organisation Ministerial Conference in Sal Island, Cape Verde.

Weekly transactions on the Nigerian Stock Exchange (NSE) closed on Friday with market indicators appreciating marginally by 0.68 percent. The All-Share Index, which opened at 30,833.50 on Friday, rose by 207.92 points or 0.68 percent to close at 31,041.42.

ILO Names Nigeria On Governing Board

The International Labour Organisation (ILO), has nominated Nigeria for titular position on its governing board, representing the West Africa region. The disclosure was made by Nigeria's minister of Labor and Employment, Sen. Chris Ngige, on Friday via a statement issued by Mrs. Rhoda iliya, an Assistant Director with the ILO.
