The Army Chief gave the assurance on Monday in statement issued by Army Spokesman, Brig. Gen. Sani Usman. The statement claimed that the funds had been released by the Ministry of Defence for the payment of the troop's outstanding logistics and operational allowances for the third quarter of 2017.
