The eight national chairmanship aspirants of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) have agreed to sign a peace accord to save the embattled party from further crisis.
Chief Raymond Dokpesi, one of the aspirants, said the move was a fallout of the PDP Governors Forum meeting with the aspirants in Enugu.
N-Power programme : FG deploys 176,160 graduates
The Federal Government said that 176,160 graduate beneficiaries had so far been deployed under the N-Power programme of its Social Investment Programmes (SIPs).

Court Voids Ali Ndume’s Suspension
The Federal High Court, Abuja, has declared the suspension of Sen.Ali Ndume by the Senate as illegal and ordered that Ndume be paid all his outstanding salaries and allowances.
Justice Babatunde Quadri in his judgment on Friday, set aside the suspension and ordered that Ndume be allowed to resume his duties in the senate as a senator.
Chibok Girls: BBOG To Resume Protest To Presidential Villa
Members of the Bring Back Our Girls (BBOG) group said they may resume daily protest to the Presidential Villa, Abuja on Tuesday. The group said the move became necessary followed the deafening silence of the Presidency over the release of the remaining Chibok girls in Boko Haram captivity. It maintained that since the Federal Government facilitated the release of 82 girls in May, 2017, nothing has been heard on ongoing efforts toward securing the release of the other girls.
