2019: INEC Speaks On Recruitment Of Ad-Hoc Staff Rumour
The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) on Monday urged the general public to disregard media reports that the Commission had commenced recruitment of ad hoc staff for the conduct of the 2019 general elections. The Commission made the clarification in an online post published on its website and social media handles. The post said the claim that it would recruit 100, 000 ad hoc staff to prosecute the 2019 general elections was totally false.
