Thiago Silva may have tacitly admitted that the penalty controversy in Paris Saint Germain (PSG) is far from being over. Speaking after PSG defeated Monaco 2-1, the Brazilian said any of the three attackers could take the penalty. He listed them to include Cavani, Neymar and Kylian Mbappe.

"You will have to ask Unai Emery that question. Today it was Neymar, in the next game it may be [Edinson] Cavani. Neymar has a big heart, now he's scored, he may let Cavani take the next penalty, or maybe even [Kylian] Mbappe. The most important thing is for PSG to win."
Neymar had scored the winning goal from the spot in the game against Monaco.

Recall that Edinson Cavani and Neymar had confronted themselves over who would take a penalty during a game against Lyon. Efforts by the management of the club including the Manager yielded little result as the relationship between them has failed to improve.

Meanwhile, Neymar has taken all the penalties awarded after the confrontation.
