Barely a day after the President of the 9th Senate, Ahmad Lawan announced the appointment of his Chief of Staff and Special Adviser on Media and Publicity, his office has announced fresh appointments, with one of Bukola Saraki's aide being favoured.
In a statement issued by the Chief of Staff to Lawan, Mohammed Babagana Aji, Mr Olu Onemola who served in the 8th Senate as a Special Assistant on New Media to Bukola Saraki retained his position in the new arrangement.
The statement listed other appointee to include Dr Betty Okoroh (SA) Administration, Mohammed Isa (SA) Media and Publicity, Tope Brown Olowoyeye (Photographer) while Ogechukwu Nwankwoh was appointed as Senior Legislative Aide on Schedules and Events.
Meanwhile, the appointment is with immediate effect.
