President Muhammadu Buhari on Wednesday held a town hall meeting with community and traditional leaders in Yobe state, after arriving Damaturu, Yobe State capital in continuation of his state visit to troubled states. He is to also expected to meet with parents of the Dapchi schoolgirls during the visit.


President Buhari was received by the Yobe State Governor, Ibrahim Gaidam and other top government officials.


He left Abuja this morning and arrived Maiduguri about 11am before heading to Damaturu.


In his absence, the Vice President, Prof. Yemi Osinbajo presided over the Federal Executive Council Meeting.
