Marvin Artist, Reekado Banks, who according to reports received two million Naira via his manager and media personality, Solomon Temioluwa Seth, popularly called Temi, as advance performance fee for a wedding in Benin city, but failed to show up, is yet to settle with the Police at the Ogba Police Area Command in Lagos.

The singer was contracted on behalf of a couple, by the OAP to perform at their wedding but failed to show up, neither did he offer the client who contracted him a full refund.

The Police, according to report invited Temi Ogba Police Command after Uwa Idahosa, a Benin Based Media Personality and comedian who contracted the singer on behalf of the couple, dragged Reekado to court but the singer’s manager said they could not refund the full amount of about N2 million, but could part with N800,000.

In that regard, the Police Authorities have given the singer and his manager, till Monday to return the sum of 2million naira to the couple.

Presently, Idahosa and the management of Reekado Banks’ manager are waiting till Monday to see if the singer will honour the Ultimatum served by the Police.

Temi, while commenting on the issue said, all allegations leveled against them are untrue, adding that they rather remain unperturbed and that when the right time comes, the public will be informed on what transpired between both parties.
