The Senior Special Assistant on Media and Publicity Office of the Vice President, Laolu Akande has debunked the claims by critics of TraderMoni (a social investment programme of the Federal Government) that the scheme was introduced to buy votes during the general elections.

The Nigerian Stock Exchange (NSE) All-Share Index (ASI) rose from 30,557.20 to close at 31,721.76 while market capitalization gained N434 billion, rising from N11.395 trillion to N11.829 trillion at the end of February which is a 3.8 percent increment compared with a decline in January.

Investors Set To Acquire Yola Electricity Distribution Company(YEDC)

Disclosure made by the Bureau of Public Enterprises (BPE) on Monday, the 18th of March, 2019 revealed that a total of five bids has been received for the purchase of YEDC.
