Google has officially announced the Pixel 4 and the Pixel 4 XL which is available for preorder as from today and will hit the market on October 24.

The Pixel 4 and the Pixel 4 XL, are majorly developed around motion sensing. This Pixel 4 series is said to be the first smartphone to include radar capabilities. This allows the phone to be touched "without touching," i.e sensing through materials and gesture. Example of this is shutting off your morning alarm; As you reach for your phone, the radar senses your reach and the alarm volume decreases as your hand grows closer.

Another Motion Sensing feature is live transcription capabilities. The Pixel 4 audio recorded "taps into [Google's] speech recognition and AI."

Aside motion-sensing Pixel 4 has improved far off most smartphone currently in the market, even the iPhone 11 is now behind. The smartphone comes also with an OLED display of 90Hz refresh rate; A hybrid digital and lens zoom it promises works without the need to crop. Pinch-zooming provides a clearer image than cropping the same image zoomed out. HDR+ is also part of the software with the Pixel 4 camera, giving more realistic values for differences in light in a shot. Google also showed off the Pixel 4's new night-sight photography mode, allowing much better photographs at lower light settings. It also has "learning-based white balance" and "wider range portrait mode."

The Pixel 4 is available in Black, White and Oh-So-Orange, with starting price at $799 for the smaller one and $899 for the bigger one, and an extra $100 to either jump from 64GB to 128GB of storage.
