Nigeria's women basketball team, the D'Tigresses, have drawn 2015 champions and bitter rivals Senegal in group B of the 2017 edition of the FIBA AfroBasket Women Championship.

At the official draw ceremony held Saturday in Bamako, Mali, the D'Tigresses were also drawn against Egypt, Guinea, Mozambique and a yet to be determined representative of FIBA Africa Zone B which will feature either of Central African Republic, DR Congo or Gabon.

Group A of the draw includes 2013 champions and losers to Nigeria in the 2015 bronze match, Angola as well as 2015 silver medalists Cameroon, hosts Mali, Tunisia, Ivory Coast and a yet to be determined wild card.
