Boko Haram fighters have been found among refugees returning to the northeast from neighbouring Cameroon, the Borno State Emergency Management Agency said on Saturday.

Nigeria today assumed the Chairmanship of the AU Peace and Security Council (PSC), News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) reports. The PSC is the standing organ of the AU for the prevention, management and resolution of conflicts.
