The government of Israel has reached out to the Supreme Court concerning its intention to shelve its earlier plan of forcibly deporting thousands of migrants to a third country.
According to report, the country's previous plan, which was to deport thousands of mostly Eritrean and Sudanese men to a third country against their will.
The providence of over 30,000 migrants, who travelled to the country illegally, has long been a massively contentious issue.
Many of the migrants who are from Sudan and Eritrea, moved to Israel some years back, before a new fence was built along the desert border.
The migrants said they fled serious threat back home and that it is still not safe to return to another African country, but Israel considers the majority of African asylum seekers to be economic migrants.
