Following widespread claims that one of the housemates at the ongoing Big Brother Naija Reality Show, Tobi is still a staff and was sponsored by the bank, the management of the financial institution on Friday issued a statement to clarify the issue. In a message posted on its various social media timelines and website,
the bank said Tobi had officially resigned his appointment prior to the commencement of the show and stressed that the bank has nothing to do with his presence at the popular Television reality show.
The post reads;
“We know you have all been wondering about Tobi’s connection to Heritage Bank. This is to clarify that he is a former staff of the bank and resigned appropriately prior to the Big Brother Naija show @bigbronaija #HeritageBank #BBNaija2018.”
