Africa’s Biggest Refinery Takes Shape

The completion of Dangote Refinery in 2019 will mark another milestone in the Nigerian oil and gas industry as it holds the prospect of stopping the importation of refined petroleum products by Nigeria.

The National Coordinator, Rural Access and Mobility Project (RAMP), Mr Ularamu Ubandoma, has disclosed that 18 more states will benefit from the 500 million dollars World Bank assisted projects. The project is under the Rural Access and Agricultural Marketing Project (RAAMP3).

The Federal Government on Tuesday put the cumulative savings from checking the ghost workers’ syndrome through the Integrated Payroll and Personnel Information System (IPPIS) at N120 billion.

The District Manager, Nigeria Postal Service (NIPOST), Ilorin, Mr Godwill Magulike, said on Friday that the agency would soon introduce banking services in its operation.
Magulike told the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) in Ilorin that the agency’s banking services would enable Nigerians to send money across the country and beyond, thereby complimenting its courier services.
