Real Madrid are reportedly readying £53M to lure Manchester City striker, Sergio Aguero to Spain. Sky Sports reports that Real Madrid are planning to bolster their frontline with a move Sergio Aguero, but any deal could hinge on the Premier League leaders capturing Alexis Sanchez on a free from Arsenal at the end of the season.

The report added that the plan by Real Madrid may not be unconnected with the club's quest to secure a viable replacement for Christiano Ronaldo who will clock 33 in February.

Ronaldo has endured a poor run of form in recent times, a development that has compounded the woes of the club.
