The Nigerian Military has commenced operations in Orlu and Orsu Local Government Areas of Imo State in search of camps occupied by personnel of the Eastern Security Network (ESN) following its link with the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB). The Army spokesperson of the 34 artillery Brigade, Obinze, Owerri, Babatunde Zubairu disclosed this, saying residents were not harassed during the operation, also confirming the deployment of helicopters and other military gadgets to aid with the search.
