US President, Donald Trump and his daughter, Ivanka, Wednesday at the White House, hosted two Chibok girls who had escaped Boko Haram captivity in 2014.

The girls, Joy Bishara, 20, and Lydia Pogu , 19 as well as several other girls have been aided by NGOs since their freedom, to further their education at the United States.

Joy and Lydia who were sponsored by NGOs after their escape, recently graduated from Canyonville Christian Academy in Virginia, US. They are expected to be admitted into the Southeastern University in Florida later in the year.
