Nollywood Actress, Singer and Philanthropist, Tonto Dikeh today failed to control her emotions when she broke down in tears, during a campaign against domestic violence in Lagos. The 1in3 Campaign against domestic violence was organized by Her Royal Majesty Olori Wuraola Ogunwusi.
The campaign seeks to educate Nigerians on ways to handle domestic issues rather than resorting to violence targeted at women. The Lagos campaign was attended by celebrities including Mercy Aigbe, Toke Makinwa, Biola Okoya, Foluke Daramola and Taofeek Okoya. Kemen, the Big Brother Naija Housemate who was evicted for attempting to fondle Tboss without her consent, was also at the campaign.
Tonto Dikeh started crying when participants raised their placards for the cameras. Recall that the actress had severally accused her erstwhile husband Oladunni Churchill of assaulting her, posting several pictures to validate her claim.
Just recently, she posting a short video of herself dancing to a song after her family reportedly returned her bride price to her former husband.
