According to report posted online by one Rasheed Adedoji, a man beleived to be in his 30s was apprehended by residents of Kasoleri, Agbala Itura area of Ikorodu Lagos state while attempting to rape a 6-year-old girl. According to the post, the man who had once lived in the area came to visit people in the area. He reportedly lured her to an uncompleted building to perform the dastardly act when people around were distracted.
He was however caught by people who suspected the way he entered the uncompleted building.
The post which accompanied the picture of the suspect reads "He has moved away from the area, but came visiting his former neighbors, he was welcomed and entertained. As the neighbors were distracted, he lured one of their daughters to an uncompleted building around the area.
He was seen and caught by a passerby as he was about to rape the six years old girl in the uncompleted building around Kasoleri area, close to Agbala Itura, Ikorodu. Parents, be careful who you trust with your children" he warned.
