Kanye West Changes Name To Just Ye

American billionaire and rap artist, Kanye West has changed his name. West who was formerly known as Kanye is now officially “Ye.” A Los Angeles judge Michelle Williams granted the rapper’s name change request on Monday. The 44-year-old star filed the request in August, citing “personal reasons” The rapper hinted at the change as far back as 2018, when he released his studio album “ye,” and then several months later tweeted: “the being formally known as Kanye West. I am YE.”

‘Squid Game’ Is Netflix’s Biggest Ever Series Launch, Overtakes Bridgerton

South Korean drama ‘Squid Game’ has officially broken the record as Netflix’s most-watched television series of all time. The show topped ultra-popular Netflix show, “Bridgerton,” which was projected to have streamed in 63 million households within its first four weeks on the streaming platform. According to the movie streaming giant in a tweet on Tuesday, the series had hit 111 million worldwide views knocking off 2020 series ‘Bridgerton’ with its record of N82 million views. Earlier this month, it was announced that “Squid Game” which premiered in September, was the top show in 90 countries and was on track to be the No. 1 show in Netfilx history, Entertainment Tonight reports. Not only has it reached that No. 1 spot, it also is expected to be among the most popular Halloween costumes this year, and recipes for the show’s infamous honeycomb candy are all over social media.

Embattled singer, Robert Kelly, popularly known as "R.Kelly" has been convicted of leading a decade-long sex crime ring, after a New York jury found him guilty on all nine charges including racketeering. The R&B singer faces 10 years to life in prison for sexually abusing women, girls and boys as well as violating the Mann Act, which prohibits the transporting of "any woman or girl" across state lines for any "immoral pupose".
