RIFAN Appeals To CBN To Postpone Loan Repayment Plan

Rice Farmers Association of Nigeria (RIFAN), has pleaded with the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN), to postpone its loan repayment plan for rice farmers in Adamawa following recent flooding, which destroyed rice farms in the state.
