The Acting Chairman of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC), Ibrahim Magu on Monday appeared before the House of Representative Committee on Financial Crimes. Magu is addressing the Committee on loots recovered by the Commission in 2017. The Committee is headed by Hon. Kayode Oladele, from Ogun state.
Recall that Magu while appearing before the Nigerian Senate for his Confirmation failed to disclose the exact amount of money and assets recovered so far from treasury looters, giving credence to reports that some EFCC officials are relooting recovered funds.
