Drug Abuse Rate In Kano State Dropped From 3% To 1%

According to Dr. Ibrahim Abdul, the Kano state Commander, National Drugs Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA) the rate of illicit drug abuse and intake of intoxicants in the state has reduced from three to one per cent (3% to 1%) during the last quarter of 2018 spanning through the first quarter of 2019.
