Nigerian singer, composer and performer Oyindamola Johnson Emmanuel popularly known as Dammy Krane has reportedly been charged to court by Miami Police on a 9-count charge this was sequel to his arrest on Friday for grand theft and credit card forgery.
Vigil360 gathered that the singer attempted to book a private jet on TapJets with several credit cards suspected to have been stolen by the singer. He was arrested alongside another Nigerian.
Following the arrest, the private jet company, TApJets disclosed that though the "company was not proud to have Krane arrested, it was their duty to protect other companies from the fraud that would likely continue". The statement added that "the details on the card entered were different from the details given and the zip code. And since they tried five different cards, we suspected fraud and had to take decisive action."

The Company denied that it was engaged in a witch hunt "I hope you can help spreading the message that we are not on a witch hunt."
Krane who is currently still in detention has the following detention details; jail number 170144518; IDS:3143303 and LOC: TGKSS. Inquiry into the matter revealed that a defense attorney, Deborah Prager has been appointed to represent him in court.
If found guilty, under the Florida Law, his penalties could include prison sentence, probation, fines, restitution and permanent crime record.
