Bella, Cee-C's sister and manager has reacted to social media reports that her sister is a thief after footages of her hiding a neck piece belonging to Alex emerged. The footage which went viral on the social media elicited widespread reactions, with some commentators calling her a thief.
Bella, who has been managing her sister's image since she entered the Big Brother Naija House, said her sister was being misrepresented on the media. She said Cee-C was a morally sound individual that would not condescend to the level of taking someone else's property.
Bella who took to Instagram wrote;
”I just saw the post where my sister was labbeled a thief! A thief in front of numerous cameras and millions of eyes? This is a new low on hatred! This is the danger of a SINGLE STORY Chimamanda spoke about. How can you make a conclusion from a less than 60 seconds video?
"I know my sister isn’t who the media say she is. And lots of people watching without prejudice know that too. At the end, you judge others based on who you are. Half full cup. Half empty cup. It’s all about your mindset.”
Meanwhile, Cee-C had earlier returned the necklace with the claim that her action was merely a joke.
