Ayodeji Ibrahim Balogun, better known as Wizkid, who has remained in the country since December 2017, has opened up on some of his plans for the new year, among which is recording of his new album.
Starboy revealed that he is working on a new project in Lagos, after a fan inquired of his plans for 2018. He believes it will be a big hit, even as his loyal fans expect nothing short of an ecstatic blow out.
The studio album upon release shall be his fourth, following the massive success of his previous three projects, including "Superstar", "Ayo" and "Sounds from the other side", released in 2011, 2014 and 2017 respectively.
His last album was a massive success which enjoyed favourable reviews from around the globe.
It featured international collaborations like Chris Brown, Drake, Major Lazer, Ty Dolla $ign, Bucie and Trey Songz.
