Famous Nollywood actor, Ramsey Nouah has raised alarm that a yet-to-be identified person was impersonating him on movie set in the country even though he is in faraway United Arab Emirate. The Nollywood playboy who issued the impersonation alert on his Instagram on Monday after uploading the picture of the purported impersonator disclosed that he was currently working on a movie set in Lagos filming with a Director he thought knew him very well.
He expressed shock that the Director and his other colleagues in the entertainment industry could not spot the difference in identity and arrest the situation. He however said efforts toward apprehending the identity fraudster were on going.
His post read;
"IMPOSTOR ALERT! Someone has been impersonating me for months now! I don't understand how my colleagues and others did not find this out asap and continued to work with the fraud. I am out here in #Dubai but he's currently on a movie set in Lagos filming with a director that I thought knew me well! THIS IS CRAZY! Concerted efforts are underway to apprehend whoever the impostor is and bring him to feel the full weight of the law. Updates soon!"
