Nigerian Pop musician and DMW Boss, Davido, has continued to prove his unalloyed adore for his crew as he recently publicized an intention to open record labels for all the artistes signed to his label.
In a tweet via his official account, he wrote "Setting up record labels for all my artist! I'd rather make bosses than be one."
Recall ahead of his 25th birthday in 21st November, Singer Davido gifted all his crew members with Apple iphone X.
Davido keeps expanding the DMW roster. In addition to Mayorkun and Dremo, 2018 has seen the introduction of producer, Fresh VDM, Peruzzi, Yonda and a number of other affiliates.
Impressively the singer continued to sustain momentum in his career he created with the release of one of the biggest musical moments of 2017, "If".
Whether this plan will actually become a reality remains a suspense.
Still, it is encouraging that an artiste appears to see the potential in creating independent structures and platforms around talents in an industry where a label contract is rarely different from a death sentence.
