Innocent Idibia, popularly known as TuBaba has been unveiled by Globacom Communication as its latest brand ambassador. The development was officially announced Monday by the Telecom giant via its Twitter handle, @GloWorld after a picture of the African Queen crooner with other Glo ambassadors went viral.
According to the tweet, Tubaba now joins the “elite club of GloAmbassadors.”
It would be recalled that Tubaba was until this annnouncement an Airtel Ambassador. Findings by Vigil360 reveal that his last contarct was signed in 2015. He however rejected bids to renew his contarcat citing personal and family reasons.
The development sees Tubaba team up with the likes of Olamide, Timaya, Mercy Johnson and Juliet Ibrahim and other celebrities endorsed by the Glo brand.
