Japanese automobile company, Toyota Motor Corp has on Friday disclosed that it has partnered with Chinese auto firms to develop hydrogen fuel cell systems. According to Toyota, the collaborating Chinese companies include GAC, Beijing Automotive, FAW Group, Beijing SinoHytec, and Dongfeng Motor.
In a statement by the Japanese auto firm, the investment amounts to about $46 million (5.02 billion) with Toyota holding 65 percent shares of the venture.
