Ford Motor Co is taking a diverse approach from rival General Motors Co in deploying self-driving cars, focusing initially on partnering with and operating vehicles for a variety of companies, from Domino’s Pizza to Lyft, executives revealed.
Ford said on Tuesday it has launched a pilot delivery program in Miami with Domino‘s and next month will add goods delivery startup Postmates.
The automaker said it is developing a revenue-sharing model with its partners, for whom it will provide fleet-management services.
Huawei In Early Next Generation 5G Trials With 30 Telecoms

The chief executive of Huawei Ken Hu, on Monday, mentioned that the pace of commercialization for next-generation 5G wireless network is progressing as the Chinese telecom equipment maker has begun pre-commercial development with more than 30 network operators.
Lagos, Kano Dominate Telecoms Sector In Q4 2017
Telecoms data for the fourth quarter of 2017 indicates that Lagos and Kano states recorded the highest numbers of voice and internet subscriptions in the country.
According to statistics from the National Bureau of Statistics (NBS) Lagos led with 19,417,181 total active voice subscriptions and 19,118,767 GSM users by the end of the fourth quarter, equaling 13.18% of the total nationwide subscriptions.
Kano came second with 7,382,805 subscriptions, while Kaduna was third with 6,642,801; Rivers was fourth with a total subscription of 5,456,860.
