MTN Nigeria Communications (MTN) announced that it has finalised plans to be listed on the Nigerian Stock Exchange (NSE), converting it from a private to a public company.
Mr Ferdi Moolman, the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) made the disclosure yesterday in a statement.

He said the conversion will upgrade their long-term commitment, and also provide opportunities for investors and a wider group of Nigerians to participate in MTN investments.

Moolman explained that the listing on NSE would further expand and provide everyday services to subscribers, adding that MTN announced its earnings of the 2018 financial year, depicting growth with revenue of 17.2 per cent and about 6 million new subscribers.
