FG To Punish Workers Caught Leaking Official Documents On Social Media

The Federal Government has made it clear it may no longer go easy on staff and officials caught leaking official documents on social media without authorization. In a circular marked HCSF/109/S.1/120 titled 'Unauthorized circulation of official documents/information on social media,'  the Head of Service of the Federation, Dr FolasadeYemi-Esan, said recent unauthorized disclosure of official documents on social media which amounts to gross acts of misconduct and punishable as contained in the Public Service Rules was becoming embarrassing and therefore unacceptable.

MTN To Slash Capital Expenditure, Records Rise In Data Revenue In First Quarter

There Is No 5G Network In Nigeria - Isa Pantami

The Minister of Communications and Digital Economy, Isa Pantami, in a press statement, has debunked rumours circulating on social media that 5G technology is the cause of COVID-19 and that there is no 5G presence in Nigeria. The Minister also added that the National Frequency Management Council (NFMC), is yet to deliberate on the deployment of the 5G network and that Buhari administration will never seek technological advancement at the expense of the health and welfare of its citizens.
