Apple Inc is preparing to release three new smartphones later this year, including the largest iPhone ever, a device that may have a bigger display than arch-rival Samsung's flagship phone, Bloomberg reported on Monday, citing people familiar with the products. The trio also includes an upgraded handset the same size as the current iPhone X and a less expensive model with some of the X's key features.

A Japanese company is developing a pair of smart glasses that convert words into voice for those who are dyslexic or otherwise have difficulty reading, as spotted by SoraNews24. The glasses, in development since 2012, have been listed on Campfire, Japan’s version of Kickstarter, with the goal of raising $93,500 in order to sell each pair for around $47. The Oton Glass are glasses with two tiny cameras and an earphone on the sides.

Arm’s is introducing a series of new technology that are a part of the “Kigen” family of products that are designed to enable the low-cost Internet of Things (IoT) solutions with integrated SIM functionality, remote management, and security.  Managing so many billions of IoT-connected devices and the SIM cards inside of them are simply not workable Arm is working with the GSMA to deploy "iSIM" compliant solutions for IoT and is helping to consolidate many of the components that are currently necessary to deploy an IoT device into fewer and simpler components of a chip.

The parent company of Geely, a large Chinese automaker, has bought a nearly 10 percent stake in German car and truck maker Daimler, Bloomberg reported on Friday, citing sources familiar with the matter. Among other things, Daimler owns the premium automaker Mercedes-Benz and Daimler Trucks, a commercial truck business.

Images of Samsung's latest flagship phone "Galaxy S9" have been unveiled by an app released by the firm itself.

The company during its Sunday's launch of the handset in Barcelona, requested invitees to download "unpacked 2018", a program which leaked the hidden photos via a hack.

The revelation corroborates details divulged by earlier unverified leaks about the Galaxy S9.

Top US intelligence officials have reportedly warned Americans not to use smartphones from Chinese tech giants Huawei and ZTE. According to a CNBC report, the heads of CIA, FBI, NSA and the director of national intelligence expressed these concerns during a Senate Intelligence Committee hearing late on Tuesday.
