Also, Blessing Okagbare was disqualified from the women's 200 metres for lane infringement of the 100 metres race.
The non-participation of the duo in the 100 metres races led to their withdrawal from other games registered.
However, an appeal to the IAAF saw the duo reinstated into the championships with Oduduru participating in the men's 400 metres race.
Meanwhile, Nigeria's Favour Ofili and Patience Okon-George have qualified for the women's 400 metres semi-finals race.
