Portuguese and Real Madrid forward, Cristiano Ronaldo, has confirmed that he will be staying at the Bernabeu. Ronaldo was heavily linked with an exit from the Spanish capital earlier this summer after it was confirmed he was being investigated by the tax authorities.

Manchester City have announced the signing of Benjamin Mendy from Monaco in a deal reported to be in the region of £52m. The Club which made the disclosure on its website, www.mancity.com hinted that the French International signed a six-year deal to remain at the club till 2023.

Brazil International, Philippe Coutinho is set to dump Liverpool for Barcelona in a deal reported to be worth about €80m. According to The Mail, the move is to prepare the 25-year old brilliant player to replace Andres Iniesta who has entered the final year of his contract.
