The ‘Gypsy King’ despite suffering a serious cut above his eye, won the 12-round defeated Otto Wallin in a unanimous points decision
which has moved him to 29-0-1, including 20 knockout wins.

Tyson Fury wore a luchador which is a popular Mexican professional wrestler, mask to the Thursday bout with Otto Wallin took down the previously undefeated champ in their heavyweight boxing fight Saturday night with scores of 116-112, 117-111, 118-110.

With a multi-million dollar Deontay Wilder rematch riding on the horizon, Fury knew he would need to pursue a knockout and so relentlessly attacked Wallin as he attempted to find a finish. Fury hurt Wallin in rounds ten and eleven, with Otto appearing to return the favour in round 12. Ultimately, the final bell likely came as a relief to both men as both were already tired, before the United Kingdom boxer, is considered the lineal heavyweight champion after beating undisputed champion Wladimir Klitschko in 2015 was declared the winner.

After the match, Fuy said

“Congratulations to Otto,”

“It was a great fight, I got caught early on with the inside of the glove which caught the eye.

“For the rest of the fight I couldn’t see out my left eye. But I am a Gypsy warrior.

“Deontay Wilder, I want you next, bum.

“It put me in good stead for the ‘Bronze Bomber’, the big dossier.”

Wallin, the 6-foot-5, 236-pound Swede, entered the fight with a 20-0 record -- with 13 knockouts -- after an amateur career where he was 34-12 and twice lost to Anthony Joshua, a future heavyweight champ.

"I did everything I could. I tried my best. Tyson is a great champion," Wallin said.
