Super Eagles of Nigeria have beaten the Crocodiles of Lesotho 3-0 in their final Group L match in the 2021 African Cup of Nations (AFCON) qualifiers at the Teslim Balogun Stadium in Lagos on Tuesday. Napoli’s frontman Victor Osmhen gave the Eagles the lead in the 22nd minute while a strike from Oghenekaro Etebo doubled the lead in the 51st minute. Substitute Paul Onuachu who replaced Osimhen in the 74th-minute score 9minutes after coming on to ensure maximum points for the Eagles. Following the conclusion of the qualifying series, Nigeria won Group L with 14 points gained from six games where they secured four wins, two draws, and no loss.
