The U-20 squads of Nigeria and Saudi Arabia are set to clash in a friendly tomorrow, at the Sportschule Lindabrunn in Vienna, Austria, in preparation for the 2019 FIFA U-20 World Cup in Poland. The friendly would give an insight into how ready the two teams are for the World Cup, especially as they've both qualified for the tournament. Both teams would learn each other's set-ups, weaknesses, and strengths.

During the World Cup, the Flying Eagles will face Qatar, USA, and Ukraine in Group D, while the Saudis would battle France, Mali, and Panama in Group E.

Former Super Eagles Striker, Yakubu Ayegbeni visited the U-20 squad at their Germany Camp to motivate them ahead of the tournament.

He urged them to make Nigeria proud, saying "I have played in the youth sides for Nigeria and I know what it means to these young lads (the Flying Eagles) to represent their country, “It was a pleasure to come here and speak with the boys and also encourage them go all out and do the country proud."
