The International Paralympic Committee, IPC, has postponed its world championships events following the 7.1 magnitude earthquake which has wreaked huge havoc in Mexico.  The international committee postponed its powerlifting and swimming events following the devastating earthquake which has killed over 200 people. The IPC said this is the first time it had been forced to postpone a major championship.

Chelsea have issued a statement condemning an offensive song composed by a section of fans targeting Tottenham fans. The song which was dedicated to Alvaro Morata has been viewed as anti-semitic. Recall that Tottenham Coach had revealed that the decision by Morata to dump Tottenham for Chelsea was because of Harry Kane.

UEFA has reportedly preferred charges against Arsenal and Cologne after crowd control problem in the Thursday encounter at Emirate Stadium. The game was delayed by more than an hour after thousands of Cologne fans arrived the Emirate Stadium without tickets.
Marca reports that about 20, 000 Cologne fans turned up in London for the match despite the club being given a ticket allocation of 2, 900.

The Manager of Stoke City, Mark Hughes has accused Manchester United Coach, Jose Mourinho of sour grapes after he refused to shake his hands at the end of the Saturday's encounter that ended 2-2. The two managers had minor altercation during the encounter, with Hughes appearing to shove Mourinho when he strayed into his technical area.
