Sportswear manufacturing giants Nike have officially unveiled the playing jerseys which the senior national team of Nigeria will use at the World Cup later this year. The event took place at a ceremony in London on Wednesday. The jersey unveiled by Nike carried a resemblance of the Super Eagles jersey of 1995, which they used in a friendly game against England.
The Nigeria Football Federation had told journalists last month that the national team would kick start their preparation for Russia 2018 with the unveiling of the kits for the tournament.
Kit sponsors Nike will do the presentation in London and a couple of Super eagles players are expected to grace the occasion.
