Following the official take over by Dr Bashir Jamoh on Tuesday as the new Director-General of the Nigerian Maritime Administration and Safety Agency (NIMASA), President Muhammadu Buhari has appointed ex-Delta State Speaker, Rt. Hon. (Engr) Victor Ochei Esq. as Executive Director of Maritime Labour and Cabotage Services.

The former lawmaker hails from Onicha-Olona in Aniocha North Local Government Area of Delta State.

He possesses professional knowledge and experience in engineering, financial management, corporate governance, education administration and law.
