The ruling party, All Progressive Congress (APC) has today officially rejected the declaration of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Duoye Diri as the Governor-elect of Bayelsa state by the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC).
The APC rejected the INEC stance, saying their party will seek for a legal framework that will reclaim back its mandate.
Comrade Adams Oshiomhole, the National Party chairman of the APC stated this in Abuja while holding a press conference.
Oshiomhole kicked by saying INEC “illegally declared Diri as Governor-elect”
The APC National Chairman accused the electoral body of appropriating judicial powers to itself over the Supreme Court ruling.
