Rt. Hon. Femi Gbajabiamila, a member of the ruling party All Progressive Congress (APC) representing Surulere I Federal Constituency has emerged as the Speaker of the Federal House of Representatives.
In what was seen as a flawless victory, Hon Gbajabiamila Secured a total of 281 votes out of 358 Rep members who cast their vote, while his opposition Umar Bago secured a total of 76 votes and an Invalid vote was recorded.
