The People Democratic Movement (PDM) one of the political parties that challenged President Buhari victory and the INEC during the 2019 general election outcome has formally applied to withdraw its petition from the Presidential Election Petition Tribunal (PEPT).
The lawyer to the PDM party, Ahmed Lemu approached the Presidential Election Petition Tribunal on Wednesday where he informed the court that his client has directed him to withdraw their case from the (PEPT).
The Lawyer then forwarded his application to the court and was collected.
