Former Governor of Abia state and chieftain of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Orji Uzor Kalu has warned that any member of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) caught rigging the 2019 general elections in the state would be lynched. Kalu stated this on Thursday while addressing newsmen at his Igbere, Bende Council country home, of Abia State, shortly after hosting the executive committee members of the party in the 17 councils.

Buhari Queries IGP Over Benue Killings
President Muhammadu Buhari on Tuesday summoned and queried the Inspector General of Police (IGP), Ibrahim Idris over disobedience to his directive to relocate to Benue state in the awake of New Year attack that claimed over seventy lives. A Court of Appeal sitting in Ado Ekiti has set aside a judgment of the Federal High Court, Ado Ekiti, recognising the Chief Makanjuola Ogundipe-led South-West zonal executive of the Peoples Democratic Party. Justice Rita Pemu-led three -member panel arrived at the decision in an appeal filed by the PDP, its National Chairman and the National Secretary respectively.
2019: INEC Set To Burn Unclaimed PVCs Before Elections
